This event is open to anyone wishing to participate.  We are currently in search of 30 players and 4 goaltenders.  All players MUST come dressed in full gear (Jerseys to be provided).  if you are interested in participating in this years game, please download the player registration form. 

Entry fees for this game are $50.00 / player.  This will cover the cost of the icetime, jerseys and player insurance.

Please note, that all players must be at least 18 years of age to play and will be required to provide a signed waiver (2nd page of registration form) along with payment.  Payment accepted are cash, check (payable to Forge Dynamics Inc.) or credit card.
